B. Portwood & Co Ltd believe that your privacy is paramount.

Unless you contact us directly about any other insurance requirement, we shall only contact you about the arrangement and administration of the policy that you purchase through this website or any website linked from it. If you purchase an annual travel insurance policy then we will contact you by post close to the expiry date and offer the policy that we think most suitable for the forthcoming year. Enclosed with that renewal letter may be details of other types of products that we may feel may be of interest.

Please note that the insurance company whose policy you purchase and the wholesale broker that offers the products will have their own privacy statement which may differ from this.

Insurance companies share information about claims with the object of reducing fraud. Any claim made may be passed to a shared database.

B. Portwood & Co Ltd are active participants in schemes to prevent money laundering as well as refusing to transact business with any person on the Government sanctions list. We also have active anti-bribary/ inducement policies in force. Staff are obliged to offer in their opinion the most suitable policy to meet your requirements and a full assessment/ statement will be provided. The firm does not offer inducements for staff to meet sales targets and does not accept offers to promote any insurance policy to the detriment of its customers.
