Essential storage

Always on

Supports sign-in, submitting forms, security and the appearance and language choices you make.

Optional activity insights

Records signed-in page visits and button or link selections for service improvements. It does not record what you type, message contents or document contents.

Off — essential only On — allow activity insights

Security connection records and quote-signing audit records are retained separately to operate your account and record your instructions. Turning off optional insights stops future optional collection; it does not delete existing records.
