What is a professional let for landlord insurance?

For comparing landlord insurance, we offer cheap quotes for professional let which is a property let to an individual or family where the rental agreement is for a period of at least 6 months, the agreement is directly with the tenant, either through the landlord direcvtly or through his letting agent and the tenant pays the rent in full to you as landlord (or the agent). The tenant does not have to have a 'professional' job.

There are no limit to the number of properties that can be covered under this scheme. Multiple properties (including shops/ offices and commercial - single tenure) are onlyy limited by the total sum insured. Up to £3,000,000 can be purchased online - up to £10,000,000 and we have to refer the quote. In excess of £10,000,000 and we'll look at other options.
