Landlords with a proven claim-free history can obtain a discount on their premium when they transfer their cover to us.

• After 1 year a 5% discount is allowable

• After 2 years 10% discount is allowable

• After 3 years 15% discount is allowable

• After 4 years 20% discount is allowable (Owner-occupier i.e. normal home insurance only)

We will accept details of previous insurer and expiry date as confirmation at policy inception. Should a claim occur, we reserve the right to request confirmation from the previous insurer.
