Definitions in a landlords insuranceA typical landlord insurance may start of as follows: The policy is a legal document and, to save time, many of the terms are defined precisely in the definitions section. This enables the policyholder to see precisely what is, and is not, covered. To assist many policies put words that are defined into bold so that they can be referenced. ExampleBusiness The ownership of the Property at the Premises Note that the words 'Property' and 'Premises' are in bold. This means that they, too, are defined in the Definitions section.
