Alternative Accommodation for landlords insurance

Landlords insurance covers the cost of additional accommodation if the premises are uninhabitable. In addition to loss of rent, the landlord will have to ensure that the tenants are housed elsewhere.

Please note

Like all insurance policies, a landlords insurance policy consists of several sections. General information about the various sections is included. You must not assume that your landlords insurance policy has all of the sections referred to (and will probably have different terms, conditions and exclusions). If in doubt contact your insurance broker for advice.
