B Portwood & Co Ltd cover the whole of the UK and Northern Ireland for their landlord insurance. Providing the location is subject to a UK postcode then cover can be provided. This includes BT postcodes (Northern Ireland), Isle of Mann and the Channel Islands.
Coverage is not restricted by postcodes in possible flood and subsidence areas. Each risk in such areas will be assessed individually based not only on the history of claims at the property but also in the area and whether any measures have been taken to reduce subsequent claims (properties that have been underpinned and had a surveyors report or are in areas that have had substantial flood prevention measures implemented since the floods are examples of those that will be considered)
